Hand-made at our Mickfield workshop
Bespoke kitchens in Suffolk, made a few miles from your door
Reeve & Co designs, draws, makes and installs bespoke kitchens from our workshop on Stonham Road, Mickfield, near Stowmarket — for listed farmhouses, timber-framed village houses, barn conversions and architect-designed new builds across Suffolk.
A Suffolk kitchen workshop, not a showroom
Most of our year is spent on substantial fitted joinery for London and Home Counties private homes, and Suffolk kitchens are made to exactly that standard. Every kitchen is drawn for the room in-house, made bench-by-bench in fine timbers — oak, walnut, tulipwood, sycamore and ash — and finished by hand: painted, sprayed lacquer or traditional French polish.
Because the workshop is here, the whole process happens close to the house. You can visit the benches while your cabinetry is being made, approve timber and paint samples in person, and our own fitters — never sub-contractors — install the finished kitchen.
Much of our Suffolk work is in period and listed buildings, where cabinetry must answer uneven floors, original beams and historic proportions. That is joinery territory, and it is where we are strongest.
