About Reeve & Co
A Suffolk workshop making bespoke residential and commercial joinery — fitted across the UK.
About Reeve & Co
A Suffolk workshop with a London client list
Reeve & Co Interiors is a family-rooted joinery house founded in 2015 by Torben Reeve, making hand-made kitchens, fitted furniture and architectural joinery entirely in-house from the Suffolk workshop.
We work with homeowners, architects, interior designers and main contractors, mainly across London, the Home Counties and East Anglia. Recent work ranges from Oxfordshire and Sloane Square to Dublin offices and Suffolk farmhouses.
Our work covers kitchens and joinery, doors, windows, libraries, panelling, fitted furniture, gun rooms and commercial interiors, with every piece drawn, made, finished and installed by the same workshop-led team.

How we work
Every project starts with the room, the drawings and the practical details. We measure on site, prepare technical drawings in SolidWorks, and agree timber, finishes and ironmongery in person before manufacture starts.
Every component is made in-house. We do not subcontract the important joinery, finishing or fitting, which keeps the details under control from first conversation through to installation.
We discuss the brief, room, drawings, timescale, finish, budget and practical requirements.
Measurements and existing details are checked properly before drawings are produced.
Elevations, workshop drawings and details define the work before it is made.
Cabinetry, doors, windows and furniture are made by our team in Suffolk.
Our fitters coordinate with the site team and leave the work ready for use.

The workshop is built around experienced makers, machinists, finishers and installers with decades of fine furniture, kitchen and architectural joinery experience.

Materials, finishes and standards
Materials
We specify solid European hardwoods including oak, walnut, cherry, sycamore and ash, plus high-grade plywood substrates where they are the right technical choice. Drawer construction is dovetailed as standard and backs are solid, not stapled hardboard.
Finishes
Hardware and fittings are chosen properly for the project, including Blum, Häfele and Samuel Heath where suitable. Painted and sprayed finishes are selected around durability, colour and maintenance, including Little Greene and Farrow & Ball systems.
Sustainability
We use FSC-certified European mills where possible, reuse offcuts, use water-based finishes where suitable, and prefer repair and adaptation over replacement. The workshop follows a long-life model: work should be capable of being stripped, refinished and re-fitted decades later.
Where we work
We are based in Mickfield, Suffolk, and work across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and London as standard. We also take on Home Counties and wider UK commissions by arrangement, plus selected European and further-afield projects where the work suits the workshop.
