Weir & Sons — Flagship Jeweller’s Display, Dublin

The brief

Retail joinery for a heritage jeweller is demanding: cabinetry must showcase precious items flawlessly, integrate lighting and security discreetly, and uphold the reputation of a long-established brand. The brief called for display joinery of furniture quality, delivered to a retail programme and finished to withstand constant use in a flagship store.

What we designed and made

We designed, made and installed bespoke display cabinetry and the surrounding fit-out, drawn and set out to present the merchandise to best effect. Cabinets were detailed to integrate glass, lighting and discreet security, with joinery finished to a fine, durable standard. Manufacturing in our workshop allowed close control of quality before installation.

Materials and craftsmanship

Fine veneers, timber and glass were selected and finished to reflect the calibre of the brand, on robust construction built for the wear of a busy retail environment. The combination of materials and craftsmanship gives the displays a precise, luxurious feel.

The result

The finished joinery presents Weir & Sons’ pieces beautifully and reinforces the prestige of the store. It is a strong example of the bespoke retail and display joinery we can deliver for premium brands.
