Bespoke Fitted Furniture London & Home Counties

French-polished oak panelling and bespoke fitted joinery by Reeve and Co Interiors

Bespoke fitted furniture

High-end fitted furniture for complete interiors

Fitted wardrobes, dressing rooms, studies, libraries, timber panelling, alcove joinery, media furniture and one-off fitted pieces, designed in-house and handmade in our Suffolk workshop for London, the Home Counties, East Anglia and selected projects further afield.

Fitted furniture that belongs to the architecture

Reeve & Co designs fitted furniture as part of the room, not as loose furniture pushed against a wall. We look at wall lines, ceiling heights, chimney breasts, reveals, services, lighting, door swings and the way the space is actually used before the joinery is drawn.

That approach suits substantial private homes, London apartments, listed houses, country properties and architect-led interiors. The furniture is not selected from a catalogue. It is surveyed, drawn, made and fitted for one property, with details resolved before it reaches the workshop.

Our main work remains high-end residential joinery in London and the Home Counties. This fitted-furniture hub brings those services together so clients can see the types of rooms we are best suited to, while keeping kitchens as a strong but separate part of the website.

Designed as a fitted joinery package, not isolated pieces

The strongest interiors are usually planned as a connected set of rooms: wardrobes and dressing rooms upstairs, a study or library, panelling to principal rooms, media furniture for living spaces and storage for the practical parts of the house.

Because the same workshop draws and makes each part, details can be carried through the property. Door profiles, mouldings, timber, handle positions, paint colours, oak interiors and the way reveals meet walls and ceilings can all be controlled rather than left to separate suppliers.

That is why this work is often commissioned alongside wider residential joinery. A single fitted wardrobe can be made beautifully, but a complete joinery package usually gives the best architectural result.

How a fitted furniture commission works

01

Brief and scope

Send drawings, photographs and the rooms involved. We identify what is likely to work and whether the project fits our workshop programme.

02

Drawn before making

We prepare elevations, details and workshop drawings so proportions, storage, finishes and services are understood before manufacture.

03

Made in Suffolk

Cabinetry, doors, drawers, frames, panels and specialist details are made by our own team using appropriate timber, veneers and substrates.

04

Fitted by our team

Our fitters install the furniture, resolve site details and leave the work ready for decoration, finishing or final handover depending on the scope.

London joinery standards, Suffolk workshop making

Our main fitted furniture and joinery work is for London and Home Counties private homes, with selected projects across Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, the wider UK and overseas when the project is right. East Anglia is important because it is close to the workshop, but the site should not suggest we only work locally.

London

Townhouses, apartments, mews houses and whole-home joinery packages.

Home Counties

Country houses and substantial fitted furniture projects close to London.

East Anglia

Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire homes needing high-end local making.

United Kingdom

Selected private residential commissions where the joinery package suits our workshop.

Overseas

Fitters can travel for the right larger private-home and specialist joinery schemes.

Fitted furniture FAQs

Do you make fitted furniture as well as kitchens?

Yes. High-end fitted joinery is the main part of our workload. Bespoke kitchens are made alongside wardrobes, studies, libraries, panelling, media furniture and other residential joinery.

Do you work in London?

Yes. London and the Home Counties are central to our fitted-furniture and residential-joinery work. We also take selected projects in East Anglia, across the UK and overseas.

Can you work from architect or interior designer drawings?

Yes. We can work from a full design package or develop the joinery design with an architect, interior designer or private client before issuing workshop drawings.

Is the furniture made in your own workshop?

Yes. The work is designed in-house and made in our Suffolk workshop by our own team, then fitted by people who understand the details.

What information should I send first?

Photographs, plans, drawings, room measurements, design references and a note of the rooms involved are enough for an initial conversation.

Have a fitted furniture or joinery package in mind?

Send the property, the rooms involved, photographs, drawings or an early brief. We will tell you honestly what is possible, what needs measuring and how the workshop programme is likely to work.
