  • Studies and home offices

Working in Chelsea properties

Chelsea is largely Victorian and Georgian townhouses, mews houses and purpose-built apartments. Rooms are often narrow, floors and walls are rarely square, and access can be tight. We scribe and template to the building as it stands, make to full-size rods, and plan installation around the rest of the site programme.

How we make it

Every commission is drawn twice, once in CAD and again at full size on the rod, before anything is cut. The joinery is made in our own workshop in Suffolk, finished there, and fitted by our own team, so one company is accountable from first drawing to handover. Prices for architects, designers and contractors are quoted plus VAT.
